Returns and Refunds Policy
At AXEON, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused.
In their original condition.
Returned with any original packaging, tags, or labels if applicable.
Returns or refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to request a return
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for the request. Once your return is approved, we will provide the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
